What areas do you serve?
We serve all Monmouth County- NJ and some cities of Ocean County such as Jackson.
Do I need a Deep Clean?
We highly recommend a Deep Clean for first-time customers or customers who haven’t had a professional clean in the last few months. You can find more information about our Deep Clean on our Services page.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you do not! It’s completely your choice whether you would like to be home during your appointment. If you prefer, you can just leave a key and we’ll take care of everything!
How does your satisfaction guarantee work?
We stand behind our service. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can re-evaluate. We will do everything we can to meet your expectations. We must be provided at least 72 hours in the event we agree we should come back.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our company requires cancellations to be made 48 hours in advance to accommodate unforeseen circumstances and failure to notify may result in cancellation fees: 30% of your cleaning value on first cancellation, 50% of the cleaning value for the second and 100% for subsequent cancellations.
Are your cleaning technicians trained?
Yes, our cleaning technicians are trained in all cleaning techniques, chemicals and equipments needed to perform the cleaning. And background checked.
How do you handle special cleaning requests or customizations?
We do our best to handle the custom request as we are able to perform them with quality guaranteed. Talk with our representative.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
We’re flexible in how we work. Our preference is to use your cleaning supplies along with our equipment, allowing you the freedom to choose the brands you prefer. However, we can also provide our professional-grade supplies upon request. While we typically use our vacuums and mops for the best results, if you’d like us to use your own equipment, just let us know in advance so we can ensure everything meets your expectations for a flawless clean.
When will I be charged?
When you book online or via phone, we ask for a security deposit by Zelle or credit card. If you sign up for recurring service, you will automatically receive an invoice after each cleaning completed.
What are your payments options?
We offer some options as: Cash, zelle, credit card and check.
